Mindful middays with Zahra

Take a moment to relax and recenter with us in this 15-minute session. Our licensed mental health professional, Zahra, will lead you through a mindful practice to help you reconnect, recharge, and reset your mind and body. This practice will give you a chance to step away from your daily responsibilities and take a break to focus on your well-being. Join us as we learn coping skills to help us manage daily stress and find peace and balance in our lives.
