This will help create a calm, refreshed state of mind to carry you through the rest of the day. About Jessica: Jessica is a certified Feldenkrais® Method of Movement Practitioner. She is passionate about guiding people to care for their bodies by helping them tune into their sense of movement with curiosity and interest, and in the process, discovering that positive change is very much possible.
