This Forest session will provide participants with the opportunity to explore mindfulness and different breathing techniques to become more present in the moment. Participants will learn how to use deep belly breathing and box breathing to reduce stress and increase relaxation. Mindful breathing can help to reduce anxiety and improve concentration, while providing a sense of calm. By the end of the session, participants will have the skills to use mindful breathing in their daily life.
