The Forest is here to provide you with a safe and supportive place to discuss your feelings, learn more about depression, and connect with others who may be experiencing similar thoughts and feelings. With the help of our mental health professional, we can work together to find strategies to cope with depression, and ultimately find a path to a healthier, happier life.
