Anxiety can be a difficult problem to manage, but you don't have to go through it alone. The Forest is here to provide a safe and supportive environment for anyone struggling with anxiety. We offer digital group therapy sessions moderated by mental health professionals, assessments, and content about managing anxiety. Our goal is to help you feel more in control of your mental health and to find the support you need to cope with anxiety.
